2. Collection and storage of personal data and type and purpose of use

a) When you visit the website When you visit our website www.kvk-keramikversiegelung.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR, provided that your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR), if this was requested.

 

c) When booking a service

If you book a service via our website, we collect the data required for processing (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, vehicle data). The data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing.

d) Google Maps

Our website uses the Google Maps map service, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offer and to make the location specified by us on the website easy to find. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. e) WhatsApp
We offer the option of communicating with us via the WhatsApp messenger service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your telephone number and the data transmitted with the message will be processed by WhatsApp. According to WhatsApp, this data can also be transferred to servers in the USA. The use of WhatsApp is based on your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR by actively contacting us via WhatsApp. If the communication is used to process the contract, the data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. 3. Transfer of data

  • the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR is necessary for the performance of a contractual relationship with you,
